Evaluate and assess effectiveness of instructional design, multimedia development, faculty training, and human resource duties
Interface with faculty and administrators to build positive working relationships across the company
Ability to lead a team and mentor team members, apply excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, and to help team adapt to changing priorities with ease and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, collaborate and interact effectively and diplomatically with persons at all levels of organizations
Ability to plan and organize with minimal supervision while developing office goals and objectives consistent with corporate values and strategies.
Generates and compiles financial reports requiring use of an internal enterprise system, Salesforce, Workday and Excel.
Reconciliation of weekly time reporting against national revenue tracking report.
Conducts new hire orientations for new Consultants, and responds to human resources, payroll, and administrative inquiries.
Provides employees with required human resources paperwork, and ensures necessary forms are returned to the Corporate office
Provide executive-level administrative support including phones, travel, complex calendaring and scheduling
Recommends and coordinates Consultant functions, such as holiday functions, social events and recreational activities
Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality, have great ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, and have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Four years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment are preferred.
Strong PC skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Internet & a capacity to learn new systems quickly.
