Business Development Executive
Here at Phinge™, we are looking for talented, and competitive business development executives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As a business development executive, you will be researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. You will also be responsible for contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Business development sales managers are also responsible planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Business development executives are leaders, outgoing, well-spoken and ready to initiate and complete partnerships with our merchants and businesses! The Business Development Sales Executive is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving profitable sales and continuously developing a high number of new growth-oriented customers.
Maintain a timeline of all customer related activities using our CRM online system.
Proven ability to close new business with new clients
Professional account management as main point person for your new clients
Experience in the label or print industries is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office using an ERP System, CRM software experience is a plus.
Manage the sales process end-to-end to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
Position proposed solutions and articulate their value based upon customer’s strategy and direction
Engage with prospect organizations through strategic solution based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis etc.
Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
Build and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers
Demonstrated success of exceeding sales goals and expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative approach to sales that includes working with multiple groups both internally and externally
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Experience of the digital and technology industries with skills in Software Sales, Analytics,

1-2 years’ experience working for a technology and/or software company
Previous sales portfolio or proven success in prior sales position
Conversant with modern software and technology
Proven ability to influence others
