As a compliance analysts, you will work to ensure that the activities of their employing companies adhere to guidelines established by the government or non-profit agencies that regulate them. Conduct file reviews for compliance with the applicable subsidy type (S.8, LIHTC, S. 236)
Approve initial files for compliance with applicable subsidy programs
Review EIV reports and assist property staff with resolving discrepancies
Review of monthly HAP against the Voucher Report and assist staff with reconciliation
Assist site staff with TRACS error resolution
Coordinate report preparation for agency reviews and summarize areas of concern with the Compliance Manager
Manage staff access to required federal and state databases
Assist PM’s with preparation for MOR and annual inspections
Researches and documents unacceptable listings on online sales platforms.
Documents policy infractions, especially medical and income claims.
Responsible for the management of compliance alerts.
Communicates policy violations to the field, when necessary.
Provides assistance with marketing requests, when necessary.
Assures the company’s visibility
Protects the qualifications for earning commissions and maintains the integrity of the compensation system
Works with independent affiliates to protect company brand
Marketing reviews for independent affiliates
Online audits to remove prohibited product listings
Supports fulfillment and service standards
Upholds company culture and engenders trust and confidence
Anticipates and protects the company and its Affiliates against liabilities and exposure
Receives and processes affiliate grievances and complaints
Assists affiliate inquires and answers questions through policy interpretation and application
Reviews the testimonial process and implements guidelines for delivery of a clean testimonial
Administers formal grievances and field complaints with the assistance of the legal team.
Receives and process escalated inquiries and grievances according to the defined process and in support of the company
Complies with state and federal regulations
Ensures that all organization activities are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 5 years applicable experience.
Senior Analyst must have a one of the following
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Experience in the electric utility industry
Experience in electric industry oversight and regulation. * Experience with the ERCOT region is highly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with ERCOT Protocols and Operating Guides
Experience interpreting telemetry data such as OSI PI
