Display Firmware Engineer
Phinge™ is developing a first of its kind software platform including an OS, cloud solution and consumer, business and social media applications. This will complement our state of the art mobile phones, tablets hybrids and peripherals. Proficiency in C and C++ and Python
A passion for building phenomenal products and beautiful displays
Dedication to the use of the best development practices and principles
Proficiency with Test Driven Development and tools to support unit testing
Experience with hardware interfaces such as I2C, SPI, and USB
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience and proficiency with estimating memory size and execution time of new designs
Familiarity with embedded system security and authentication
Excellent spoken and written communication
Strong understanding of low-level software and hardware impact
Experience with performance tools
Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.
Experience in modern OS power management is a plus
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
7 years experience developing realtime firmware for embedded systems including 8051 and ARM Cortex microcontrollers
BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in dynamic, multi-functional software environments
Experience with C/C++ and Python.

Possess a charismatic and naturally outgoing personality
Must be a dedicated team player working toward a common goal
Ability to thrive in a fast paced/changing environment
