Here at Phinge™, we are looking for talented and organized, supply chain specialists that thrive in an innovative “start-up” company environment. Essential qualities required for the quality control positions are to inspect, test and sample all products made by Phinge. This position will require you to be observant and to monitor production operations and to ensure conformance to specification! Our quality control team is extremely organized, confident, and they have outstanding problem-solving skills. Managing inventory counts and processing incoming products
Assisting in packing for trade shows and including all required items
Performing cycle counts on a regular basis to verify system quantity on hand
Properly label bin locations to display all contents
Monitor and adjust stock as needed and resolve any inventory discrepancies
Maintain day to day operational inventory
Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
Ensures clean, organized, and safe work environment
Accept ownership/responsibility for tasks and following directions closely
The inventory system is currently undergoing a complete overhaul: daily tasks will expand based upon what needs to be completed in the system
Someone who will be both, confident to work independently and be a good team member
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma/GED
Must be self-motivated, be able to problem solve complex situations, and be resourceful
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, decimals, negative and positive numbers.
