Here at Phinge™, we are looking for talented, and competitive merchant sales representatives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As a merchant sales representative, you will manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. You will also be responsible for designing and recommending sales programs for the merchant department and set short and long-term sales strategies. Merchant sales representative are leaders, innovative, well- spoken and ready to initiate and complete partnerships with our merchants and businesses! Develop rapport and ensure a quality member experience: greet members by name, display a caring attitude, be responsive, timely and accurate with transactions and handle member issues with professionalism and patience
Ascertain member needs and make appropriate referrals (lending, credit card, investment services) that may benefit the member per information gleaned in business transactions and/or conversation
Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to members
Assist members by phone with account questions, products or services
Investigate errors on members accounts
Computer and Phone Experience is Required

Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems
