Proficient at organizing and running multiple efforts at a time
Ability to address issues and meet deadlines in high pressure, tight timeline constraints
Proficient at quickly and efficiently navigating an unknown organization

Show detailed, critical thinking capabilities with the ability to deep dive into data layers to sift through information to find issues
Ability to craft processes from a business need or issue
Knowledge of project management methodology and experience leading small (2-3 month) to medium (6-8 month) projects
Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools
Familiar with business process flow diagramming
Ability to work in a dynamic, undefined environment
Self-motivated, quick learner who works with minimal to no supervision
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
2-3 experience as a project manager
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Unrelenting work ethic and passion for recruiting/producing results
Ability to thrive in a fast paced/changing environment
College Degree preferred
Must be self-motivated, be able to problem solve complex situations, and be resourceful
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
