Security Program Manager
Phinge™ is developing a first of its kind software platform including an OS, cloud solution and consumer, business and social media applications. This will complement our state of the art mobile phones, tablets hybrids and peripherals. Manages time card processing, overtime utilization, and payroll accuracy.
Manages a team of supervisors and security officers who support security operations on Phinge’s sites.
Partners with executives across the company to develop and implement security standards, policies and practices to make continual improvements and increase the effectiveness of security programs
Participates in the planning, development and implementation of training, drills and exercises
Develops and updates operational security program documentation. This includes but is not limited to policies, procedures and training documents
Works with security leaders to establish reliable data associated with critical goals or other key performance indicators that help Phinge reach our business objectives.
Coordinates resources and ensures adequately security coverages of client locations, to include extra coverage and special events
Analyzes effectiveness, productivity and profitability and makes recommendations and/or changes as appropriate
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Prefer Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of management experience in a service setting or both a combination of education and experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to manage and motivate employees.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced/changing environment
Must be self-motivated, be able to problem solve complex situations, and be resourceful
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
