Social Media Strategist
Here at Phinge™, we are looking for talented and creative social media content strategists that thrive in an innovative “start-up” company environment. As a social media content strategist, you will be responsible for growing Phinge’s platform and applications and ensuring the team execution meets and exceeds Phinge’s expectations. In this role, the strategist insures that the business provides: sound and responsible social media / content strategy, and planning. Social strategists are self-motived, innovative, and creative! Proficient at development of social media strategy and development of monthly content calendars for a multitude of both consumer facing and business facing clients
Strong content writing for social media with the ability to identify target customer profiles and create content that appeals to those profiles based on individual business goals and objectives
Ability to develop paid advertising strategies within social media platforms, and be proficient at understanding social media advertising tools, setting up ad campaigns with specific and unique targets, and managing social media ad budgets.
Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to generate analytic reports to present metrics to clients based on various strategies implemented in social media both organic and paid
Creative eye for visual graphics to support social media content, ability to use graphic apps to create imagery for social media
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM, with ability to develop SEM initiatives and recommendations
Ability to stay in touch with ever-changing social media technology, algorithms, and tools so that best practices can be in place
Thorough understanding of inbound marketing
How it's used to drive traffic, generate leads, nurture leads, close sales, and delight current customers
The metrics used to measure success within each tactical area of an inbound strategy, such as content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, landing pages, calls-to- action, and websites
How to analyze these metrics to build action plans for consistent optimization and improvement, and progress towards client objectives
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Agency experience a major plus
Experience managing multiple client accounts a major plus
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Strong leader who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives.
Knowledge of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and allocate resources.
Experience building products and content for a variety of media -- web, mobile, print, more
Familiarity with the design and technical considerations when design and producing for different media.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content.
