Essential qualities required for the human resource positions are to handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and most importantly, training. This position will require you to be observant and to monitor and coordinate all employee relations! Our human resources team is extremely organized, confident, and are leaders within the company. Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Partner with your Human Resources Manager to identify top candidates, target skill sets, and key market segments
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
Coach and develop candidates to achieve their assigned sales goals
Track results of candidates and make recommendations to District Manager
Self-motivated, quick learner who works with minimal to no supervision
Candidate must be able to work alone and closely with team members while maintaining a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Prior recruiting experience strongly preferred
Four-year college degree or applicable on the job training
Ability and desire to meet others and build lasting relationships in the community
General marketing and sales knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast paced/changing environment
Must be self-motivated, be able to problem solve complex situations, and be resourceful
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
